Temporary Nature of Published Content

NXT Level SEO Hub guarantees publication services and reports once a story goes live. However, if a published story is later taken down or a publication site becomes unavailable, no refund will be provided as our obligation was met upon initial publication.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. To avoid further charges, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date. Refunds for unused periods or partial memberships will not be issued, though we will fulfill deliverables on a pro-rata basis for the time paid. If cancellation occurs within the first three months, we will select publications from your plan that allow for the fastest conclusion.

Alternative Publication Platforms

We may publish on various international sites (.com or subsidiary sites). Refunds will not be granted if an article is published on a subsidiary site, a .com site, or if there is dissatisfaction with the contributor’s location. Clients acknowledge being shown examples of publication platforms during the sales process, and further examples are available for review.

Accidental Purchases and Unused Services

Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases, medical issues, or any circumstance that prevents client engagement post-payment. This includes failure to utilize purchased services within one year of purchase. Clients must plan to use their publication allocations within this timeframe, as no refund will be given for unused stories after this period, whether under a retainer or a one-off purchase.

Wikipedia-Specific Engagements

Refunds are not available for Wikipedia engagements if a published page is later deleted. Wikipedia’s guidelines and editorial oversight are beyond our control. If this occurs, we will substitute a Wikitia page, which has lower notability requirements, but no refund will be offered.

Restricted Topics

A list of restricted topics is available in our FAQs and Terms & Conditions. If you request coverage on a prohibited topic after purchase, we will suggest alternative topics, but no refund will be provided.

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to utilize allocated news stories within the specified timeframe. NXT Level SEO Hub will send reminders and assist with planning, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

We have little control over this element of our service, and there are no refunds in case a followed link becomes “no followed” after publication.
